• 1. Responsible for checking process status: responsible for the process inspection and line inspection to ensure that all processes are qualified;

  2. Tracking defective products: responsible for the judgment and tracking of defective products;

  3. Responsible for the inspection of production line packaging: responsible for the first piece inspection of production line assembly and finished product packaging;

  4. Responsible for inspection work: responsible for daily process inspection work and filling in inspection related records;

  5. Supervise the document operation: strictly supervise the on-site operation according to the process sheet, task sheet and BOM;

  6. Timely report abnormal problems: report abnormal problems found in the production process to the quality engineer or manager of the department in time, and communicate with relevant department personnel;

  7. Responsible for the signature board confirmation: responsible for the signature board confirmation of the first piece, to ensure that no sample will be produced and unqualified will not be shipped;

  8. Cooperate with material return work: cooperate with production line material return confirmation work;

  9. Control and correct nonconforming products: control nonconforming products, manage corrective and preventive measures;

  10. Control and inspection method: strictly control the process inspection method;

  11. Other tasks: complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
